My name is Peta. I’m a Jill of many trades, but I’m currently a student and a teacher, a wife, and a mom-to-be. I hail from the island of Jamaica and now travel between three areas, Syracuse, NY, Bradford, PA, and the Washington DC metro area.

In high school, I was engaged in arts, food, and textiles, among my usual demanding scheduled. I wanted to be a lawyer or a geologist, but I was “talented”!? Funny enough I got into college to major in Mathematics and Computer Science, but now I have degrees in philosophy, communication, and Pan African studies. Professionally I work in diversity and inclusion implementation, political and public affairs communication, and public relations.

I like being outdoors just as much as I like snuggling in bed. But if I’m being honest, the bed wins most of the time. I’m always on the journey to get fit, be better, eat healthier, live well. Even with all of my struggles to be the person I want to be, gifting is one of the things I do innately well.
